HIP: Due to recent updates, HIP patients will now be required to have a referral from their PCP for any/all visits at our office where they were not previously required. For any questions, please contact billing at billing@genesisfertility.com
Medicaid: Although certain Medicaid insurances may cover some fertility testing and treatment, we are not Medicaid participating providers. Therefore, patients with Medicaid coverage are responsible for full payment. Thank you.
Progyny: Currently GENESIS does not par with the Progyny Network. Patients with Progyny coverage will be self-pay for services.
