Nathaniel Zoneraich, M.D. is a highly accomplished Reproductive Endocrinologist whose career is defined by innovation, leadership, and compassionate patient care. Raised in Northern New Jersey, he began his academic journey at Cornell University, earning his undergraduate degree before obtaining his Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College in New York City. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Case Western Reserve University, where he served as Executive Chief Resident and was recognized for his excellence in gynecologic endoscopy. Further honing his expertise, Dr. Zoneraich pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University.
In 2005, Dr. Zoneraich brought his vision for exceptional fertility care to Arizona, founding Advanced Fertility Care (AFC). As Chief Medical Officer, he has guided AFC to become a leader in reproductive medicine, culminating in its role as a founding clinic of Pinnacle Fertility in 2021. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Zoneraich serves as Pinnacle Fertility’s Chief Medical Information Officer, spearheading innovations in clinical processes and technology to elevate patient care throughout the network.
Dr. Zoneraich is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. Known for his expertise in fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor egg IVF, and advanced hysteroscopic surgery, he consistently achieves some of the highest success rates in Arizona. When he’s not caring for patients in Arizona or New York City, Dr. Zoneraich enjoys life in Scottsdale with his wife, as their two grown children pursue careers of their own on the East Coast.
